Through consistent creative vision and leadership, BEST grew this beloved pro-age beauty brand to multimillion status.

As Boom’s remote art department, we developed a consistent visual narrative across all touchpoints. This included concept, design and production for campaigns, product launches, collateral, packaging and digital experience (web, ad, email, social).

Backed by BEST creative, Boom’s audience grew to over 1M customers, generating over $175M in sales.

We launched 10 successful products, including three in a new category. We executed five holiday sales with 50% of the Black Friday/Cyber Monday revenue coming directly from the 30,000 customers who opted in to our Early Bird Campaign.

Creative did that.

  • Boom’s e-commerce marketing strategy was strong but lacked consistent, expert art direction. Their creative assets were designed in-house by a stretched team. The branding didn’t support the story or speak to the quality of the products. As a result Boom didn’t stand out in the industry, in people’s inboxes, or in a saturated online market.

    Simply put — Boom’s ecomm marketing looked like ecomm marketing.

    BEST built out the visual language, establish a versatile image library and design new campaign assets to guide product launches and sales campaigns. 

    For seven years, BEST served as an extension of Boom’s team elevating the brand and strengthening the devote community following.
